Gusanito worm bins feature a weather resistant roof. These stacking tray systems make harvesting castings quick and simple. Once the worms consume all the food in the tray they will migrate up to the next tray in search of food. After about 3 months the bottom tray will be purely castings (with possibly a couple of worms that just don't want to leave). The majority of your worms will have moved upward, allowing you to easily harvest the castings from the bottom tray by simply dumping them out into your garden.
